Sun Hung Kai Properties: Comprehensively Solved the Demands in Data Procedures, Efficiency and Financial Integration

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (‘SHKP’) was publicly listed in 1972 and is now one of the largest property companies in Hong Kong. The Group specializes in developing quality residential projects and owns shopping malls, offices, land banks as well. Currently managing over 68 million sq.ft. Real estate projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. 

With the continuous expansion of business and increasing efficiency demands, SHKP’s management platform is being further optimized and upgraded. Major problems faced by SHKP includes prolonged management procedures, insufficient data dimensions, lacking financial integration etc.

In 2022, specialists of MytePro conducted series of meeting survey with SHKP management staffs. With a few rounds of discussion, we proposed a set of solution focusing on data visualization, business management optimization, and efficiency improvement. Auxiliary means including staff training, digital tools, customization development were also implemented. The set of solution comprehensively solved SHKP’s demands in data, procedures, efficiency and financial integration.

SHKP Cost & Sales Management Platform upgrade successfully built a set of unified project database, index measurement system and digital report, which closed former deviation among data measurement and improved the quality of data output.

In addition, the update added 31 customized business scenarios to reduce manual, offline procedures and better facilitate business control. The update also simplified 10+ procedures and operation steps to enhance efficiency.
